Thank you for shopping Peace of Faith! We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature of our product (Print On Demand) returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
-Manufacturing error
-Printing Issues
-Damaged product
-Received wrong item
To initiate a return or replacement for any of the above reasons, please reach out to peaceoffaithapparel@gmail.com or through our contact form on our website.
We require the following within 30 days of receipt of item:
-Name of purchaser, order number & the specific item
-A description of the issue
-A detailed picture showing the manufacturing error, printing issue, damaged product, or wrong item will need to be sent with your request.
-How you would like it resolved (replacement or refund)
Lost shipment?
All of our couriers use tracking numbers, but items do occasionally get lost. If for any reason your package is lost (and reported as such by courier) we will replace your lost item free of charge. Please reach out to us with courier message, purchaser name and order number.
Why no returns if I'm not satisfied?
Since the items we sell are print-on-demand products, each piece is created specifically for you, when the order is received. Because of this, all sales are considered final, except for the above reasons.
To make your transactions as error free as possible:
-Make sure you review our sizing chart and item descriptions before placing your order.
-If you are purchasing a personalized product, please ensure you have spelled the personalization exactly as you want it shown.
-Please make sure you have entered in the correct shipping address so items are not marked as undeliverable.
